An Island in the Bahamas...

I had the great opportunity to walk this beach only a few short days ago. There is nothing in this world that fills my soul the way the sea does and to dive through these waters were beyond magical.

I am leaving in two days on a 6am flight to an Island in the Bahamas. It will be a time to reconnect with old friends and to connect with the Atlantic again...always an endless source of inspiration, especially when I can run along it and swim in it.

Coming back from our travels and now in the studio again, I reflect on the simplicity of the places we spent time at...life by the sea, a home, walking the stretches of beaches...and the part of - unwinding. This painting captures that feeling for me. A more detailed photo to follow....
