Red Road 34 X 36 (sold)
This painting has a great story. It has been with me for about ten years. During our recent move to Mill Valley, I spent time shifting some paintings back into my studio/gallery in San Francisco for open studios to create more room on our walls and this was one of the works made for sale. I don't paint much in this palette anymore and a very dear friend of mine immediately spotted it in the studio (who loves the older tourquoise pieces of mine) and remembered it from the days we first met. It was in my personal collection at the time and she was happy and surprised to see it "on the market" so to speak, in the studio. And before I knew it, it had found a great home only a few short blocks from where it was originally painted. Puts a smile on my face when "old friends" meet.
