Big Tree Farms Cold Pressed (Raw) Chocolate/ Cacao Factory

 This is the Cacao fruit with the seeds inside...they get fermented for three days before being dried out in the sun...

 

There are only 10 grinders like this in the world...it was incredible watching the cacao seeds being ground down...

We went to visit the most amazing raw chocolate factory today in the outskirts of Ubud...we watched the process and were able to taste all types of raw Cacao...it was such a unique experience. These products are sold at Whole Foods in the States.
