This place has to be my new favorite.
Owned by a great couple who have clearly poured their hearts and souls into their artistic and thoughtful space, ---along with delicious recipes, coffees/ teas and art on the walls---have created a unique and welcoming place to come, over and over.... Flavio, one of the owners, must have spent a half hour with me teaching me about the complexities of the coffee bean, and brewing...one of the kindest souls--I could have stayed there all day. And I just had the chance to meet Lisa the other day when going back for my kale salad lunch who was equally a gem--they really have created such a remarkable spot which I plan on returning to every time I swing through the Berkshires...
