I had the great opportunity of visiting my friend, Tracey Kessler's art studio yesterday in Sausalito - and I left completely inspired. Not only is she absolutely lovely person but a very talented contemporary artist.
Along with her amazing artwork on paper and canvas, her studio was filled with the most beautiful artistic collections of "found objects" - for a lack of a better word...which I took many photos of and posted just a few. I am crazy about the most current abstract piece taped to the wall which she is working on currently. (see above.)
The beautiful raindrop piece is of her studio mate, textile designer Laura Lienhard's - nine year old son, Finn.
